Shipping
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. All orders have a processing time of 24 hours if the merchandise is in stock. For Express and International delivery please contact Rogues Gallery by phone 207 773 4900 or toll free at 877 476 4837
Rogues Gallery offers free ground shipping on all orders over $50. Orders of lesser value will be shipped ground at a flat $5 fee.
Returns
New, unworn merchandise may be returned for a refund or merchandise credit with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Please note Returns and Exchanges Procedures below.
All Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and a copy of the original invoice.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a Rogues Gallery package that appears damaged to the extent that the goods inside may be damaged, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately by email or phone.
Items purchased at a Rogues Gallery retail shop, or from any other Rogues Gallery distributors may not be returned to our online store.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Rogues Gallery by phone or email and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)
Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your RMA # very visibly on the outside of the package.

We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides package tracking to avoid delays. Rogues Gallery will not accept COD packages. We recommend that you insure your package appropriately.
Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
