Parenting means a huge responsibility and obligations. But it’s sad to hear about young ones filing for emancipation on court. Emancipation means being declared an adult in court or simply divorcing a child to his/her parents. You may not believe but there are parents who want to end taking the responsibility over their child or totally abuse their kids sexually or emotionally. The worst is even killing them. Emancipation does not require any age. There are kids who are emancipated at 13 years old. This can be tough to young ones who are under 18 years of age since being emancipated to their parents means they totally have no custody for their child. A child being emancipated will live alone, pay his bills, and work for his own. If you’re a mom or a dad would you like to see your kids ended up typing “how can I divorce my parents” in Google search. How would you feel about it? I am a parent as well and seeing kids like these filing on court really saddened my heart.
