Are Mole Removal Products an Effective Alternative to Surgery?

Cosmetic procedures are expensive, no doubt. Worse still, even if you have excellent health care coverage, your plan isn’t likely to cover a cosmetic procedure. Fortunately, there are quite a few over the counter mole removal products on the market, most of which work surprisingly well.

Some of the better performing products use natural ingredients as opposed to harsh chemicals that can cause excessive skin peeling or worse, permanent scarring of the skin tissue. In fact, if you have multiple moles, I strongly recommend testing the product on one of your less prominent moles, i.e. One that’s usually covered by clothing.

It’s also a good idea to read the ingredients of any product you’re considering purchasing. In particular, you may want to be on the lookout for products that contain any one of the following herbs: tea tree oil, aloe vera, dandelion root or milkweed.

Each of these herbs has not only proven to be able to remove moles, but they’re also rather gentle on the skin.
