Cymbalta Side Effects That Are Common and Less Serious

Most medicines and drugs, if not all, cause some side effects and cymbalta is no exception. Most of the patients who take this drug experience common Cymbalta Side Effects that are usually less serious. There are those patients who never get to experience them and there is a small percentage of patients who experience serious side effects of the drug.

The symptoms that indicate that a patient is experiencing the common cymbalta side effects include insomnia, dry mouth, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, drowsiness, diarrhea, abdominal/stomach pain and headaches. Those symptoms occur in up to 25% of the patients who take cymbalta. Other symptoms of the common side effects of cymbalta include that occur to less than 5% of patients who take this drug include running nose, sore throat, coughing, muscle pain, blurred vision, weight loss, anxiety, shakiness, yawning and abnormal dreams among others. These symptoms may disappear after treatment but those symptoms that may persist even after treatment or become bothersome should be reported to a doctor.
